Misled and lied to.
Book was listed as new.
Received book very used and missing software. New books come with appropriate software. It was a scam. I need book now or I would return it.
I will never use this source again for school texts and advise all my student friends not to use it. I also work at the Veterans center at school, and will advise my fellow Veterans not to use as it is a ripoff and a scam.
I was deceived and lied to.

It is a MGMT book

Not much to say, it is a MGMT book that was required for class. It is what it is. I am not interested in the subject, so that might have some bearing on my opinion.

The book isn't hard cover so I didn't expect it to be in perfect condition. The cover is a little beat up, but there isn't any highlighting or missing pages.
